Services
I’ve worked professionally with animals since 2007, specialising in dogs and horses. Over the years, I’ve developed a unique approach that combines behaviour science, compassion, and real-world experience. I don’t just offer techniques — I help you understand why they work, so you can build a lasting, trusting relationship with your animal.
Whether you're raising a new puppy, supporting a rescue, or working through behavioural challenges, I’ll help you make sense of your dog’s behaviour and feel confident in what to do next, not just for now but for the future you’ll share together.
All services begin online, with in-person options available within 6 miles of SE25 6RL (a small surcharge applies beyond this area).

Structured Support for Real-Life Success
Compassionate training and behaviour support for puppies, adult dogs, rescues, and everything in between.
Whether you're working towards a more reliable recall, calmer walks, quiet greetings, relaxed alone-time, or helping your new puppy or rescue feel safe and settled, these flexible plans are tailored to your goals and your dog's unique needs, and built to create lasting change in a way that fits your life.
Build skills, ease stress, and make real progress with step-by-step guidance, practical coaching, demo videos, email support, and, for behaviour modification cases, a veterinary referral and collaborative approach to ensure your dog gets the best possible care.

Most behaviours don’t change overnight — especially if your dog has been practising them for weeks, months, or even years. Like us, dogs form habits over time, and those patterns take patience, consistency, and the proper support to change.
Below is a general guide to help you understand the timeline you might expect. Every dog is different, and some will progress faster than others. Factors like your dog’s physical health, emotional well-being, past experiences, and home environment all play a role in how quickly change happens.
Rough Expectations:
-
Has the unwanted behaviour been occurring for 1 month or less?
You will likely see meaningful progress with 1-2 months of support. -
Has the unwanted behaviour been occurring for 6+ months?
Expect to commit to 4–6 months or more, with space to practise, adjust, and build confidence gradually. -
Complex or emotional behaviours (such as fear, aggression, or separation-related distress) often require longer-term support, a vet referral, and a compassionate pace of change.
That’s why the longer plans offer not just better value per hour, but more room to make real, lasting progress, with a safety net of support along the way.
Are you unsure what’s best for your situation? Ask Eryn, and I’ll be happy to help you find the right fit.

What My Clients Say

Arthur, our whippet, was struggling with a range of behavioural issues—and we were struggling too.
Then we met Eryn, and everything changed.
She instantly understood him, gave us practical tools that worked, and helped us truly understand our dog for the first time. Just a few sessions in, Arthur was already like a different dog. If you're feeling stuck, get in touch—you won't regret it.

During the first virtual assessment of my sofa-bound rescue dog Millie, Eryn spotted that a pain condition could be causing her nervousness and sound sensitivity. She was bang on the money.
After some anti-inflammatories, a series of behavioural sessions with Eryn (for me and the dog!!) and a couple of her online training courses, Millie is a different character altogether: fun, confident, adventurous and happy! I can't thank Eryn and her team enough for their huge role in this transformation. Fantastic work :)

When I started working with Eryn, my anxious, reactive Chihuahua Lilly couldn’t leave the house—and I felt completely stuck.
She built a special plan designed for our needs and was with us throughout our journey. Lily went from a dog that could not leave the house to being able to cope with critical London life's day-to-day activities like commuting. It was a life-changing support for us.

Waldo and I continue to work weekly with Eryn and her team. Recently, Waldo has been joining a dog walker to meet other dogs and get used to being with another person. The dog walker is thrilled with his behaviour and always comments on what a fabulous and good dog he is. That is because we consider working with your pup to be an ongoing process.
Believe in Magic has taught me so much about my dog and how to make his life fulfilling and fun. The kind approach to dog training is wonderful. Keep investing in yourself and your dog. It's worth it!

I was exhausted, heartbroken, and out of ideas—Wybie’s anxiety had become overwhelming, and I felt like I was losing him.
Then Eryn arrived with kindness, calm, and a spark of hope. From the first visit, she gave us both the tools and encouragement we needed. Now, through weekly online classes, Wybie’s confidence is growing, our bond is stronger, and we’re enjoying life again—including forest walks I thought we might never have. Eryn truly has a magic touch.
